Used Automatic Cars in Oldham with UK Delivery

Looking for a used automatic car in Oldham or Greater Manchester? Nationwide Motor Co offers a changing selection of vehicles at our Oldham showroom, with enquiries welcome from across the UK. View current stock and check the transmission shown on each advert before choosing a car.

Choose an automatic that fits your journeys

Start with your budget, passenger needs and typical journeys rather than choosing by gearbox alone. A compact car may suit limited parking space, a saloon may suit longer journeys, and a larger vehicle may provide the seating or luggage layout you need. Availability varies: use the live stocklist rather than assuming every body style is currently offered with an automatic gearbox.

• Family cars: compare access, passenger space and boot layout.
• SUVs and 4x4s: check dimensions, seating and the exact drivetrain.
• Seven-seater cars: confirm both the seat count and transmission on the specific vehicle.
• Affordable used cars: compare purchase price with the costs of keeping the car.

What to check before buying a used automatic

Automatic transmissions are not all the same. Ask which gearbox is fitted to the vehicle and what servicing it requires. Look for supporting invoices where available rather than assuming that a general service entry includes gearbox maintenance.

At a viewing, familiarise yourself with the selector and parking controls. During an agreed test drive, assess how the car responds when moving away, changing speed and manoeuvring. Raise unexpected behaviour with the dealership before deciding to buy. Our used-car buying checklist covers the wider document, condition and viewing checks.

Compare the individual car, not just the model name

Open each advert to compare mileage, fuel type, photographs, specification and current price. Equipment and ownership history can differ between otherwise similar cars. Ask our team to confirm the details and warranty terms for the vehicle you are considering.
